About This Beer
Jester King teamed up with Austin Bat Refuge to create a brew that also benefits their bat-tastic work!
The duo began with a clean, Pilsner and Chit malt base kettle hopped with Simcoe and Simcoe Dynaboost. They fermented the brew until it was cracker-crisp before dry hopping it first with Columbus Cryo, Simcoe, and Mosaic then again with Citra and Riwaka. Finally, they gave it a flourish with Freestyle Limequat Hop Kief.
Tasting Notes
Soft, light bodied sips take flight on notes of resinous pine and zesty citrus. Tropical lychee and passion fruit tones flit around pops of lime and tangerine pith as the dankness falls. Then it all ends with a dry, peppery finish.
