About This Beer
The brewers went through their barrel stock and hand-selected the finest oak-aged Imperial Stout for this release! Then, they conditioned the brew on “a big ‘ol pile of cacao and vanilla beans!”
Tasting Notes
Every midnight-black drop swirls with ribbons of vanilla flavor and rich, fudgy notes. A touch of roast comes through on the end, with hints of barrel char and a lingering pop of whiskey on the finish.

Good barrel forward. Thick. Couldve done without the lactose. Decent vanilla. Good buy for $8.5. would get again

A touch too sweet for me. This one just didn’t make much of an impression.

a little too thick for my style but this is pretty good. It has nice complexity to it with notes of fudge, chocolate, almonds, and a great pop of whiskey on the finish. The more I drink this the more I enjoy it.

Incredible barrel aged stout. Skookum is dramatically under rated.

Good chocolate notes with subtle vanilla flavors. Nothing subtle about the barrel-aging which is well done.
