A Note on This Beer
Unless you’ve been bar-hopping around Seattle, you’ve never tried a drop from Seapine Brewing. They’ve been a local favorite for nearly a decade, but before the quarantine shuttered the bars, their brews were draft-only.
Now, you can find Seapine brews in all the best bottleshops in town. Much to the delight of their legions of fans — Seattle Mag even named Seapine Brewery of the Year after they topped TWO of the ‘Best Beer’ categories in 2018!
And today, we’re sharing their Mosaic Pale Ale outside of Washington for the very first time.
That’s awfully lucky, because you’re going to want a sip of this bold Pale Ale. It’s made with a mountain of Northwest-grown Mosaic Hops to absolutely flood your palate with juicy orange and bold, berry flavors. On the finish, a pop of pithy grapefruit begs you to take another sip.
Grab a few cans of Mosaic Pale and get acquainted with Seapine. One sip of this quencher, and you’ll be mighty grateful for the introduction.
*Seapine is one of Eater’s 12 Essential Seattle Breweries.
