Smooth. Fluffy. Balanced. Really, really tasty.
Not too hoppy, good balance. Juicy and a little boozy but it is a imperial. Would buy again.
It was surprisingly good. I would give it a solid 4 for the flavors and the high Abv. Would get 3-4 again in future.
What a mouthfeel, silky smooth with a frothy head. Good juice on front palate with descent pine finish.
Favorite ipa to date. Solid
Mouth full of flavors and silky
One of better beers in my shipment. Nice fluffy body, good hop flavor, fruity, with a nice feel. Only a little stale from storage and shipping.
This beer is unbelievably refreshing & juicy for a 2xIPA. Montana does many things right - this brewery does em perfectly.
Quite tasty, a little sweet for me but overall delicious.
I’ve been looking forward to this brewery for a long time and it does not disappoint. Super creamy and smooth. Fruity juicy delicious. Mmm I love beers like this. Double ipa divine
The nose is wonderful, but the beer doesn’t quite live up to it. A tad bitter at the front, creating into a citrus wave and then back to a bitter finish. The mouthfeel is a little thick. It’s a solid IPA, but others in this months crate made me happier.
Love the oat creaminess
This brew right here amazing. Great tasting note and a aroma that makes you realize you drinking a milkshake IPA
Incredible, as are all the IPAs I’ve had from Mountains Walking. The fluffiness of the Cloud Curtain series is present and delightful as usual. As for the single-hop versions of these beers, I do prefer the Mosaic to the Citra.
reminds me of OH, where the head brewer came from
Delicious, but I don’t get milkshake taste.
This was just straight up delicious.
Super smooth oat cream based IPA with Lactose. I mean, can you put anything more awesome in a NEIPA?! Oh right, huge amounts of Mosaic. I’m seriously regretting only 2 of these.
Light mouthfeel, lemony, and smooth as heck!
Smooth mouth feel, hint of hoppy bitterness and quite juicy.
Velvety, fluffy, and delicious
Nice creamy smooth DDH Mosaic Oat Whip DIPA. Big citrusy hop character and smooth from the oats and lactose.
This is just plain good all around. Smooth, creamy, bitter, fruity.
Perfect beer for a hot sunny afternoon.
I wanted a lot more from this. Very boozy plastic with a little bit of ipa
Very smooth and sweet
Good IPA. Bitter taste with a sweet smooth finish.
Clean, creamy, juicy, citrus.
Hoppy front as expected, but the finish is super smooth. Mountains Walking is becoming one of my favorites. Haven't had a beer from them that hasn't been phenomenal
Slightly bitter with a fluffy mouthfeel. Fruity and piney.
Delicious Mosaic hops
A good IPA but I'm not a fan of this hop. Would pass on another.
Tasted like soap, love the brewery but disappointing IPA
Creamy and sweet up front, subtle flavor hints at tropical, but fades quickly to dank resin. Light bitterness comes through as it finishes.
Very nice IPA. Muted bitterness and fairly fluffy. Overall, above average.
Hoppy and cloudy
Silky smooth with nice hop flavor.
Smooth, cloudy, hoppy goodness
Fruity, sweet and smooth. Not as strong IPA tasting. Not a fan of IPA's Not 100% why I got this thinking I'd like it lol.
This is the juice you drink out of a bowl leftover from a fresh grapefruit.
Just amazing. Clouds of perfect beer in a glass!
Definitely taste the oats!
Straightforward, good enough
Creamy and delicious
Good solid IPA.
This was bad
Oat-y and delicious - would drink every day
Definitely silky smooth! I am not an IPA fan but this one has me hooked, I think I need more! Very smooth, smells very hoppy but not bitter AT ALL! Even as it warms up, it doesn’t get bitter. Semi sweet flavor... trust the description. Fulfills all expectations
Not my favorite Mountains Walking but still yummy
Single hop mosaic beer never tasted so good
Peaches and cream…very good IPA
A very good IPA. Way to start weekend
Clean, rich, hoppy aroma. Creamy mouthfeel with a bright, dank, very aromatic DIPA flavor with lots of body and a beautifully bitter, hoppy finish. This one is nice.
Nice smoothness. Definitely peach and nectarine on the front. Would buy again
Hoppy, creamy, smooth. Yum.
Flavor has mild citrus, fruit upfront. Very soft herbal or pine bitterness. The finish shows the only flaw in the entire beer. (Mild alcohol can be found). The mouthfeel is soft/ a bold juicy citrus that pops hard. Smooth chewy oats. The juice is loose!
Honestly was expecting much more from this due to the hype and it’s writeup in the app. Not bad but nothing more than a solid hazy.
I definitely like a hazy and this did not disappoint
Very unique IPA infused with oats...good but not great
Didn't like it the first drink, got a little better as it warmed. I would've liked a little less oats and a little more hops sweetness in this one.
I love the creaminess and fluffy mouthfeel from the oats and lactose. It makes this double IPA so smooth. The hops come through along with the orange and pine notes. I don’t taste the nectarines and peaches probably since the orange and pine overwhelm them. Nevertheless it’s a delicious imperial double NE IPA!
Of the offerings I’ve had this was my least favorite but I still enjoyed nonetheless
floral. bright. but strooong.
