Barebottle Brewing Company
A Note on This Beer
We’ve waited two whole years to get another stash of Barebottle Brewing’s pine-tastic Mini Muir Pale Ale — you guys swooped in on the last batch and gave it overwhelming 4+ Tavour scores, and you’ve been begging for more ever since!
But, it’s mighty hard to come by.
San Francisco craft fans suck down this easygoing brew as fast as the brewery cans it. And, who can blame ‘em? The brewers pack this crushable quencher with an impressive lineup of Citra, Centennial, Falconers Flight, Azacca, and Amarillo Hops to achieve waves of conifer-meets-citrus nectar.
Every hazy, refreshing sip comes wrapped in notes of dewy pinecones, backed with ripe orange and ruby red grapefruit. It’s an ideal daytime sipper, delivering revitalizing notes of nature whether you’re mowing the lawn, swaying in a hammock, or camped out on the couch.
Imagine spritzing your beer with a slice of tangerine and garnishing it with a sprig of Douglas Fir — that’s how delightful it smells, too!
Each mouthful is a reminder that our two-year wait was well worth it. But, with so much nature-fresh character packed into such an approachable package, we expect this new stash of Mini Muir to disappear faster than you can say “evergreen.”
With Tavour, it's easy to beer it forward! Just head over to Tavour.com/gifts to send a gift box or gift card to the craft beer lover in your life. Cheers!

Easy drinker. Light
I really enjoyed the piney flavor
#3 for the evening so I was a bit hazy but recall this as a solid NEIPA!
Wonderful smell very piney. Very smooth and light. Goes down easily. The best.
Works well off the bat and follows through to the end. Not a stand out but fits into the flavor. 30 minutes later brings a better finish.
Very enjoyable. Hoppy but very good.
So fresh and so clean clean.
Solid and piney
Dry but subtle and tasty. The taste isn't too strong which I love
Smooth start and finish.
Pine; lighter in mouthfeel.
I might be crazy but It had a tequila taste to me.
Aromas of new growth blue spruce, orange rind and pine bark. Creamy mouthfeel with tangy citrus, papaya, pekoe tea, wheatgrass flavors. Resinous and pithy finish.
Piney and very light feel
Good hop flavor but a little thin-bodied for my taste.
Light and piney. Very good pale ale. Shows you don’t have to juice out to make a great ale.
Refreshing and delicious
piney & easy drinking
Citrus, grapefruit, and pine along light cereal malt in aroma. Grapefruit and pine up front in taste with grassy notes and light bitterness on back end.
