About This Beer
The NC team started with a barrel aged, mixed culture Golden Sour Ale, then conditioned it on a mountain of raspberries, cherries, peaches, and vanilla beans.
Tasting Notes
Fresh cherry pie aromas lead to bright bramble berry and stone fruit nuances on the sip. Pops of raspberry sorbet and pink lemonade swirl with creamy ‘nilla nuances while touches of mild, oaky funk ground each tart, light bodied taste.

5/5 hard to rekindle the love I have with this with other beers. Super tart which is nice & then super smooth.
