A Note on This Beer
Growing up, my older sister would add “of doom” onto anything she didn’t want me to touch.
There was the “computer of doom” and the “records of doom” – all the best stuff came with the ominous title. If anything, I wanted them even more.
So naturally, today’s Marble of Doom V made me start thirsting before I even opened the can! Whether or not you, too, were conditioned to desire all things doom-titled by an older sibling, you’ll want in on this lusciously juicy Fruited Sour.
KCBC loaded this limited release with blueberries, passionfruit, and just a bit of lemon! Every purple-indigo sip emanates ripe berry aromas and full layers of tropical, jammy flavor.
They spiked this juice with a crushable 5.5% ABV too, so no worries when you find yourself craving seconds. Stock up on some extra cans so you can sip back into Doom berry bliss all summer!
And if you do have an older sibling, go ahead and grab one for them too. Time to show them that some things are worth sharing!

The flavor of this beer does not match the intense wine /purple color. I was expecting a burst of fruit, but instead got watered down juice. With that said, it's not a bad beer, just not what I expected. It's got a great nose and a pucker that creeps up on you. It's a solid sour, but leaves me wanting.... more.
Enjoyed this beer. Had a nice blueberry flavor essence it, but if you're looking for something more fruit forward look elsewhere. Natural sourness to it though!
Tart but jammy. Lemon cuts but still get a nice hit of sweet berries.
SOUR. thin. Not smoothie style at all
