Looking Out For You
Anchorage Brewing Company
A Note on This Beer
A friend in need is a friend indeed — but a friend with a stash of Anchorage IPA is better!
We’re talking about coveted hopjuice from one of Thrillist’s Best Breweries in America, for Pete’s sake! And normally, you’d have to fly all the way up to the icy North just to scrounge some from the taproom.
Lucky for you, we’re tight with the famed hazemakers at Anchorage. So today, you can BE that friend dishing out the Anchorage stash when you share Looking Out For You!
Galaxy and Motueka Hops dominate the scene in every sip of this NE-style Imperial IPA, with orange juice and papaya flavors ringing all around. Waimea comes through next, along with more Galaxy in the dry hop to deliver wallops of fresh-squeezed lemons and pineapple juice! Finally, a dose of extra-strength Mosaic Cryo Hops ends the affair with a bitter, earthy smack.
How much you’re willing to share shows how much you really care. And, if you’re willing to share even a drop of this fresh Anchorage Hazy, you definitely care a LOT.

This one is very good! The malt comes through even past the double dry hops!
Solid Anchorage beer, have had better.
This was a hard one to rate. For me, I just couldn’t push this one over 4 stars. Anchorage has done much better. maybe it was the day I drank it but something to me was a little off on this one. I have a second that I’ll give a try and maybe update my rating.
Nice and smooth.
glad I got more than one of these bad puppies
Solid IPA very smooth
juicy, hazy, bitter
sweet and juicy
Chewy dried mango crusted with turbinado sugar. Granules so large they crunch between your teeth as you clomp through the murky sweet mango swamp wondering whether this is fruit or an un-springy mango gummy.
Juicy melons and grapefruit. 🍻
Very smooth and flavorful IPA with thick citrus, tropical and stone fruit. Eould buy again!
Dry and bitter, great depth; but Anchorage has better offerings
7/8/21 smooth, tropical, citric kush with a subtly bitter finish and a pleasant, warming reminder you’re drinking 10+%. ABC owns the hazy TIPA category.
Thank you and I will do the same
