Pure Project and their pals at Radiant Beer Company got together to channel the SoCal sunshine for a month-long popup at Portland, Oregon’s Function bar.
For Limitless Light, they hit a pillowy base with zings of Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, and Strata Hops.
Tasting Notes
Take a swig and let your taste buds bask in vibrant rays of zesty citrus and tropical juice within each murky sip. Waves of pineapple cup, guava, and lemon marmalade follow, flowing over pops of white grape and pithy grapefruit. Meanwhile, ganja-like undercurrents will really make you feel like you’re out there watching the surfers at Huntington Beach.

I’m typically not a hazy fan but this is the best NEIPA I’ve tried. Very hoppy & has the bitterness of a WCIPA with a slight sweetness to balance it perfectly & not too much NEIPA fruity flavors. Fluffy mouthfeel & finishes dry with lingering hoppiness.
