About This Beer
To craft this one, the Alma Mader crew blended Ales aged 20 to 24 months in Heaven Hill 10-year bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned the mix on raw and toasted coconut plus cinnamon.
Tasting Notes
Every midnight hued pour perfumes the air with inviting baking spice aromas. The taste follows with cinnamon mocha tones cascading over notes of praline and dried fruit. Colada cream rises underneath alongside hints of vanilla oak, further obscuring the bold 13.5% ABV.
