Nice complexity. Sweet-Tart start that moves into a rich almost butterscotch middle with a vegetal finish that lingers quite a bit.

Killer beer, green bell pepper guts at initial sniff. Apricot, citrus rind, oak tannins once it warmed up. Balanced acidity, dry finish...so far the closest take on an American geuze I’ve had.
