Bold and mapley.
Very interesting but so so so rich! I think I should have only had half!
Heavy on coffee and maple but balanced with other flavors as well
Enjoyed but got a heavy dose of maple and that’s really it
Good, not great. Cinnamon and maple overpower everything else
Strong coffee flavor, very smooth. Great Stout!
Super super smooth 👌
This beer is jam packed with flavors. Aromatic coffee, with plenty of maple, cocao, and vanilla with a hint of orange at the end. Really does taste like a whole breakfast in a can.
Full strong taste!
Sweet start and then some coffee and cinnamon finish. Overall a great beer!
Meh, thin body
Well you know its a 10% with the first sip but still drinkable. The sent of moca coffee is the first to hit your senses. Maple and coffee are the dominant flavors. The rest of the flavors are vaguely in the background but there non the less.
Extremely bitter and roasty upfront, but, fortunately, that mellowed to give way to some maple sweetness.
Solid, but a very heavy maple flavor. Hard to get other flavors out of it, but well made nonetheless.
Strong maple flavor and strong!
Strong coffee, vanilla and maple.
Mostly coffee with some maple, other flavors are pretty mute.
Nice crispy taste, goes down smooth
Maple and cinnamon nose. Heavy cinnamon on the tongue - a bit much for me. Enjoyable, but muddled flavors and a thin body stop this from shining. Love the can art and name!
Nose is surprisingly metallic. Can’t get any scent except pennies. But the beer itself is just incredible. The mouthfeel is thick and rich, like syrup. Coffee and maple flavor shines through, notes of toasted coconut and orange on the back of the palate. Reminds me of breakfast...I wonder why!
Tasty sweet maple flavor
16oz can from Tavour. Syrupy black pour, tiny ring of head. Rich aroma of roast malts, coffee and chocolate, hint of maple syrup. Maple comes in stronger in the taste, along with a hint of cinnamon. Very sweet, light bitterness, latent alcohol heat.
Very sweet for an imperial stout, but given the flavors within, it’s not surprising.
Breakfast in a can. A beautifully smooth stout that has hints of bacon and eggs. Marvelous.
I wanna dunk a pancake into this beer. Coffee & maple
Lots of sweet milkless coffee in this one, followed by lots of cinnamon. The other flavors are more subdued (vanilla, and maple that merges into the general sweetness-orange peel is undetectable to my tongue).
Ordered from Tavour, chilled, and poured into an imperial pint glass. Look: Dark brown almost black, tan two-finger head that slowly dissipated and left a solid ring of foam and lacing as we drank. Smell: Sweet day old coffee up front, some spice that might be cinnamon, and some light roasty malt. Taste: Sweet soft roast followed by a sort of chocolate flavor that merges into the cinnamon, then a bit of coffee and good raw coconut on the nose while drinking, and light trailing bitter and booze with raw coconut on the end and in the aftertaste. As it warmed we get a hint of ash in both the smell and taste. Feel: Medium to full mouthfeel, super light carbonation, smooth, not super think or syrupy but close. Overall: This is a creative beer that caught our eye so we needed to try it. It says that it has maple syrup, coffee, cinnamon, coconut, cacao, vanilla, and orange peel. We don’t really get maple syrup, vanilla, or orange peel, but it is still a creative blend of flavors. Cheers!
Nice malty and coffee flavors. Citrus is slightly off-putting, but cinnamon and maple help balance it.
A lot going on in this beer, but its a little on the roast side for my liking
expected more out of this one honestly. it just want blanced enough, still the flavor was a bit off.
nice and thick didn’t get much orange but the rest of the flavors were good and pronounced
The thinner, drier mouthfeel does make this feel like a stout and a beer, no lactose make it too thick on the body. Not much additive flavors except coffee, vanilla and maple though. Not bad, but not great. All these flavored, 10%+ stouts make me wish more breweries made a simple Irish dry again...
party in my mouth
coffee was there but very delicious
Maple syrup ✅ Coffee ✅ Cinnamon ✅ Coconut ✅ Cacao Vanilla ✅
lovely and smooooth! would buy again in a second!
