About This Beer
The Oregon team began this Lambic-inspired brew with a soft, tangy base featuring wheat and aged, whole leaf Noble Hops. Then they fermented the mixed-culture beauty in French oak barrels before conditioning it on foraged Pacific Northwest huckleberries.
Tasting Notes
