The team crafted this golden crusher with an Ale yeast, but cold-conditioned it like a Lager, which makes for a fully flavored brew with an extra-clean sip.
Tasting Notes
Notes of bread crust and honey lead the taste, followed by glimmers of citrus and pear. And thanks to the lively effervescence and snappy finish, it’s incredibly quenching.

16oz can from Tavour. Pale, clear golden, lazy carbonation, immediate foamy one finger head. Malty, grainy, grassy aroma. Biscuity flavor with some soft sweetness and a hint of lemon zest. Dry finish, mouth coating. Spot on. Prost!
