About This Beer
To craft Kaiju IV: The Bulldog, the DSSOLVR crew teamed up with friends at Orchestrated Minds Brewing. The duo started with a rich base of specialty and roasted malts, boiled it for over six hours, and brewed it with brown sugar in the kettle. Then they cold conditioned the beer before layering it with monster quantities of pistachio, kataifi, caramel, vanilla, and brown sugar for all the sumptuousness of a Dubai chocolate bar.
Tasting Notes
Cocoa-y, nutty aromas perfume the air with every decadently thick pour. On the sip, colossal mocha and pistachio tones collide in blockbuster fashion. Fluffy baklava notes are gorgeously balanced by bittersweet baker’s chocolate and roasty java tones for a swig that’s never too sweet despite its enormous candy bar flavors.
