About This Beer
This Stout comes from the colossal combo of DSSOLVR and Woven Water. That’s a bigger collab than Godzilla and Kong!
To craft Kaiju III: Snake Blood, the duo started with a rich base before hitting it with gargantuan amounts of freshly-toasted cacao nibs, caramel, brown sugar, and Madagascar vanilla beans for a creamy, desserty swig. Then they amped it up with Mothra-sized quantities of luscious, red raspberries.
Tasting Notes
Imagine chomping into a dark chocolate truffle brimming with raspberry cordial or a slice of cocoa-y cake coated with ganache and layered with raspberry jam and you have a decent idea what’s in store. Let it warm, and you’ll get a flood of fudge and vibrant bramble fruit, with hints of espresso and creme anglaise bringing a rich sophistication. But like a kaiju hiding amongst the skyscrapers, this dessert shows no signs of its 10% ABV!
