A Note on This Beer
Local fan @Justin says today’s DIPA is “one of the best IPAs ever made.”
Hear that, thirsty hopheads? Don’t swipe left on this one, otherwise you’ll miss out on the celebration-worthy, 4.32 Untappd-rated hop nectar!
Structures Brewing is the genius behind the brew. The brewers skillfully built this crowd-pleaser using a luscious blend of Mosaic and Simcoe Hops, then double dry-hopped it with these same cones to maximize their juicy potential in every sip.
Mosaic creates gushing notes of succulent berry, ripe mango, and fresh-squeezed orange. Simcoe adds a quenching wash of bittersweet evergreen and honeyed apricot.
It doesn’t just taste like juice — it smacks like Juice on Juice!
You’ll need to be quick to snag a taste — besides the taproom, this is the only place to find a can. Considering beer geeks often buy up Structures’ brews as soon as they’re packaged, this dreamy DIPA is going to move fast.

Solid haze and great flavor. It opens up a lot as you drink it.
Haze on Haze
Very fruity with orange, lime, and pineapple not a typical IPA which is good. For a none IPA kind of a guy this was really a good beer.
Good stuff. Juicy and smooth for 8.5%
Yumm! Smooth and very juicy. Nice sweet notes with each sip. Comparable to Off Shoot and Green Cheek IPA's.
Lives up to its name… dry mouthfeel yet juicy. A Paradox. Will look for more from the Structure Craftsmen.
Nothing special. Even tho they spent the extra money for that sticker poem on top. Lol
Super hazy. Juicy, pine, hoppy.
Perfect can art, layers upon layers of juicy greatness with a potent bite on the tail. Pure 🍊💣🔥
One of the better IIPA’s I’ve had. Very hoppy but fruity. Citrus and mango are very noticeable. Maybe slightly to fizzy for my tastes, but still within norms for that. Doesn’t go down like it’s 8%, really smooth.
Really nice juicy IPA tons of Hops and wonderful flavor
Tasty but not quite the juicy level I hoped for
Very tasty - quite juicy - and eminently drinkable. Would absolutely be pleased to drink again. Worth trying for sure.
Great beer, but less juicy than I had anticipated.
Very juicy hit the spot . Liked it a lot
Would definitely try again when available
Decent ipa with noticeable dry hopping.
Standard IPA, good flavor, but almost tastes like nothing I have tasted recently
Everything I would expect and more for a juicy IPA named “juice on juice”. Absolutely delicious! One of the better Imperial juicy IPAs I’ve had in a while. Try it! You won’t regret it!
Is it possible to be too juicy? I don’t think so. This is a delightful IPA. A surprisingly creamy mouth feel probably from wheat or oar malts or perhaps lactose? But I really enjoyed this super juicy, rich, malty double IPA. Warning, the residual sugars from the malts and the high ABV will leave you with a pretty big buzz. LOL!
Moderately juicy and citrusy hop profile, pretty easy to drink
Definitely juicy, and not too far into the chewy mouthfeel spectrum considering the ABV. I'm a fan for sure.
Juicy and citrus flavor
This is a really well done beer. Smoothness all around without a biting or harshness from a relatively higher ABV. Very good.
Not bad little piney
A ton of hop flavor in this delicious haze of an IPA!
good beer, well crafted.
nice juicy ipa. i enjoyed this one.
Nice IPA with juicy citrus and tropical flavors and a dry piney finish. Good drink in’
Getting nothing but hops and a bitter taste upfront, more so than other IPAs, shame I don’t get any of the “juiciness” other people are talking about
drinkable and delicious
