About This Beer
For this multi-generational collaboration, Jeppe and his oldest, Elliot, started with a pillowy Hazy, the likes of which ET NYC is so renowned for, and double dry hopped it with Cascade, Citra, and Nelson. Then, paying homage to the single-grape, single-vineyard wines they’re creating out of So-Cal, they conditioned the beer on chardonnay grapes.
Tasting Notes
Luscious cascades of ripe mandarin, pink grapefruit, and juicy peach lead each velvety swig. Vibrant gooseberry and pineapple tones from the hops are gorgeously accentuated by cool white grapes before a refreshingly dry finish tinged with pine and pith. Remarkably fruity and a touch floral, the 10.5% ABV comes as a genuine surprise.
