About This Beer
When Side Project and Perennial got together to craft J’Adore Miel, they began with a wine barrel fermented Missouri Saison infused with honey and apricots. Then they moved part of it to their Missouri oak foeder where they refermented it on meadowfoam honey and more apricots. Finally, they blended and bottle conditioned the beer.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to brilliant aromas of fresh stone fruit and citrus bouncing out of the glass. The tangy sip should come with a soft body and balanced acidity, thanks to the smooth, marshmallow-and-vanilla nuances of that unique honey. Underneath, expect hints of hay and oak to ground it all with an earthy whisper that keeps you coming back for more.
