About This Beer
They tasted their way through countless casks, eventually landing on a blend of Saison style beers that had rested in Missouri pinot noir barrels for more than a year. And we have managed to secure a tiny stash of what they bottled.
Tasting Notes
Expect a mildly tangy sip with hints of black plum and vinous red grape. Nuances freshly cut hay and turned earth should add complexity on the way to a dry finish softened by effervescent carbonation.
