About This Beer
Mortalis replaced the dark malts in this Stout with cold-steeped coffee, giving each mouthful tons of rich roastiness, minus the inky color. And they took the illusion one step further by aging it on Golden Grahams, tricking your taste buds into thinking you’re downing the last swig of cereal milk.
Tasting Notes
Smooth, sweet nuances of graham cracker crust flood your palate, complete with honey, caramel, and a subtle, toasty nuttiness. As the brew warms, its coffee tones bloom and then fade into a warming finish with an ample 10% ABV.

very sweet but not overpowering. aftertaste is delicious. it coats the mouth well, so any flexing of the tongue only aids in the blooming of the flavor. true to its name! graham crackers all the way!

I don't know why I bought a golden coffee stout considering I don't like coffee but this is probably as good as it gets. Smells strongly of coffee, but it's very sweet and super smooth with just a hint of coffee notes

Plenty of coffee in the nose. Plenty of sweetness on the palate with definite hints of graham cracker and honey. Sweet finish. Probably should’ve waited to drink this until after dinner.
