Giddy up all you glizzy gobblers, ‘cause it’s a good time to be a hot dog fan! Kicking things off with Independence Day, July is widely known as the unofficial month of the sausage.
To celebrate, the legends at Mortalis teamed up with Costanza Sausage and Dough Boyz Roc to create a Hydra like no other! They loaded this stunning 4.34 UT-rated Sour with pineapple, peach, mango, and jalapeno.
And, believe it or not, this beer was actually infused into a Costanza Sausage and then wrapped up in a Dough Boyz sourdough roll.
Tasting Notes
Now, unless you’re in Upstate New York, you’re probably not gonna get your hands on this mind blowing meat creation. But you can still experience the breathtaking tropical nuances and drippy stone fruit tones coursing through the brew’s smoothie thick body, and taste how the hints of pepper create an incredible depth of flavor.
