A Note on This Beer
Anderson Valley’s Huge Arker Imperial Stout — just the name makes craft fans perk up their ears and start drooling like Pavlov’s dogs.
Anderson Valley was among the first 20 craft breweries in the country, and they’ve got a pile of GABF medals to prove they’re an OG brewery worth following. Huge Arker, beloved by their fans, is aged in Wild Turkey Barrels for 6 months, imparting warm bourbony notes that compliment the outrageous 13.5% ABV.
This classic booze bomb only comes around for a few months each year. Upon its release, Anderson Valley’s rabid fanbase buys up cases and cellars what they can’t drink, ensuring a year ‘round supply for themselves, so they never have to go without it’s decadent flavors.
Take a sip, and mulled whiskey spices flare up from the lip of the glass. The signature heat of Wild Turkey smolders with caramelized nuts and flaked rye crispness. Notes of Chocolate mingle with Bourbon and cherry for a full bodied finish.
Our stash of Huge Arker won’t last long, and when it’s gone, it’s gone for a whole year. Any craft fan in need of a little whiskey-soaked revelry better not wait long.

Wood forward. Nice, but just kinda average compared to others in its class.
A lot more drinkable than I expected. The can definitely says 15.5%.
First taste of anise, second oats with whiskey tones. Strong beer. Really good. Not for the light weights.
Not bad, a little too boozy
