About This Beer
To make this stunner, the crew started with a blend of eight and thirteen-month-old mixed fermentation beer. Then, they conditioned it on thousands of pounds of hand-processed Cot N' Candy White Apriums sourced directly from CA’s Frog Hollow Farm.
The gorgeously nuanced sip starts out with a puckering tang, held up by wind currents of succulent stone fruit and hay bales. Meanwhile, a touch of oak spice comes through on the backend, helping to mask the sneaky 8.4% ABV.
