The Seattle crew crafted this gorgeous sipper with a blend of oak aged, wheat based, mixed fermentation Saisons. That almost makes it sound simple, but thanks to HM’s skill and attention to detail, each taste blooms with incredible complexity.
Tasting Notes
Wafting aromas of stone fruit, hay, and citrus lead to a sip that’s at once spritzy and pillow-soft. Flavors of ripe apricot nectar balance with tangy, lemon zest brightness at the outset.
