Tasting Notes
Why’d the P3 brewers name this DIPA after a Nordic salmon dish? It’s hard to say, but after one taste, I’m hooked! Splashes of grapefruit and guava soak the palate in nectar. Ripples of strawberry and pink rose carry underneath on a dank fin-ish so good, you’ll instantly be diving back in!
