About This Beer
The brewers started with a pile of oats to make a mellow mash and give the brew a body that’s softer than dandelion down. Then they fermented on a pile of local honey for smooth sipping and a bit of sweetness before adding massive piles of Citra and Nelson Sauvin Hops.
Tasting Notes
Orange and tangerine splash through the start of the sip, with hints of pineapple and marmalade following close behind. A dollop of raw honey sweetness dips through the middle, leading to just a touch of grapefruit pith bitterness that mingles with a faint white wine note on the finish.

IMO I feel like the honey doesn't balance all that well in this beer. Has a little funk about it that gives it a slight off taste.

Trippy Label Art (and I’m not sure what it is or means). Inside, we have creamy lusciousness. With booze.

would have given 4.25-4.50 without the honey. subtracts from the overall hops.
