About This Beer
This Barleywine is a collab between Firestone Walker and Horus Aged Ales. It comes with a 13% ABV and the brewers aged it in McKenna and Elijah Craig bourbon barrels. They brewed this beer with so much muscovado, turbinado, and brown sugar that it actually sealed their kettle shut! That’s why they call it Gooey Valves.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting massive flavors of caramel, toffee, and whiskey along with hints of dark chocolate and nuances of oak. And coming from these two legendary crews, the finish should be smoother than silk.
