About This Beer
Just like the heroic Gold Squadron who were all lost during the Battle of Yavin in A New Hope, don’t expect this refreshing Pils to last long when you share it with your buds this Star Wars day. Every golden pour is as shimmering as 3PO. But once your friends catch the scents of bread, florals, and herbs emanating out of it, they’ll be swooping like Vader in his Tie Advanced, probably even quoting, “I have you now.”
Tasting Notes
The brewers lagered this beauty for four weeks for a supremely smooth sip more enticing than the Dark Side. Then they hopped it with German Magnum and Hersbrucker Hops, bringing balance to the Force… er, sip. Toasted brioche and hints of honey glide through the swig like the Falcon, with grassy notes following after. And like The Return of the Jedi ending on the forest of Endor, it all culminates with a refreshingly verdant flourish.
