Pivot Brewing Company
A Note on This Beer
Bursting with bright, succulent strawberries and ripe, drippy kiwi, today’s Hard Cider is a satisfyingly sweet and tangy sip of juice!
It’s called Gingham and it comes from Pivot, renowned for being Kentucky’s first Cider brewery and for pressing all their locally-grown apples on site.
They stuffed this crisp sipper full of strawberries and kiwis for a gorgeous ruby-red hue and wonderfully interwoven tart and candied flavors. Maybe that’s why it’s called Gingham. Or, maybe it’s because the resulting swig is so remarkably refreshing, it’d be right at home at any picnic.
Either way, if you crave sips of this sweet, complex Cider from a world-class crafter, you know what to do.
Pivot is one of USA Today’s ‘50 States, 50 Cider Destinations.’

Pretty good, doesn't taste like strawberry or kiwi, but it's good
Good, but the ingredients say “pear concentrate” which is exactly what it tastes like and not “strawberry kiwi.” I’m calling false advertising, but it still tastes good so whatever.
nice and refreshing, but nothing super special
This shouldn't be this good. Please bring back Pink Slip.
fruity like a flavored seltzer and dry . I don’t like it .
Ciders are often too sweet for me but this wasn’t! As mentioned, it drinks a bit more like a beer. The fruit flavors were there but not in your face. Great easy drinking GF option 👍🏼
more tart than sweet but still good to drink
good flavor, doesn’t drink like a cider. drinks more like a fruited/sour beer which I love.
I liked the flavor, although I didn't feel the kiwi came through much.
