an excellent IPA. buy it any time it pops up on Tavour.
Thinking of the Police song as I drank this beer
I mean. This was amazing. Ordered four cans. Wish I had another four. One of the best IPA’s I’ve personally had. Consistent through out the entire thing.
Nice creamy NEIPA. Loads of pineapple and mango on the nose. Very silky and delicious.
I get why this is considered a “tour de force”. Really well balanced and juicy and tasty.
Wow...that was goooood!!
This was a superb IPA. The flavors were nice and crisp, almost too dangerously easy to drink...I would buy more if I see it again.
One of the best ones I’ve had. Can’t pass this up If you can get it.
A bit overhyped but still a delicious galaxy bomb
One of my favorites
One of my absolute favorites. Flows like water in the big easy but can’t buy it in the north east if you see it... but it.
Everyone has told me how great this is and it might have built it up too much for me. It's good but I wouldn't put it at the top of my list
My first can I thought it had an oxidized finish however by my second can I got more complexity out of this brew!
one of the best beers I’ve ever gotten from tavour, perfectly balanced, smooth hop bliss. this and pseudo sue are my 2 personal favorites.
Tasty brew, crate was delayed due to covid so it came a bit aged and malty.
Tropical fruit blend of smells and tastes
Nice residual piney ness that prevents this from being pure juice
Solid. Need to try ddh
Would not drink again. Drain pour
All time classic IPA
wow. *immediately after the initial sip* super juicy, hazy, smooth. not sure if Tavour originally said it had a papaya, fruittiness to it, but Ghost in the Machine is definitely tropical, and flavorful. it is delicious. has mango hints, and grapefruit aromas. first time trying this brewery and this beer! incredible, and dangerous for a double IPA, gotta be the smoothest double IPA I’ve had in a while.
classic IPA, juicy with some citrus notes
One of my favorite IPA’s - Stuff a 6er in my suitcase every time I come back from NOLA.
Somehow both light and hoppy, bright and dank in different but connected notes.
A classic refreshing one, cheers🍺
Always a delicious hop forward treat
Solid beer. Lots of tropical notes and a smooth drinker
A Top 10 beer I’ve ever had. Give me more!
One of the MVPs of the hazy world.
juicy with tropical fruit flavors
perfect dank and smooth ipa
Definitely will be hitting up parish again. Great beer.
Flat out great IPA. Citrusy, hazy, and smooooth!
Talk about a tasty beer. Smooth tropical with a nice piney resins!
Perfect example of a hazy ipa
One of the best IPA’s I’ve had!!!
This is an ipa that I could drink every day the mouthfeel alone and the hop lingering on my tongue is fantastic
One of the best out there. Intense flavor, smooth bitterness and no trace of alcohol for a double IPA
Absolutely phenomenal beer. Here's to hoping ddh ghost becomes available as well. The taste and smoothness blend may be the best beer this year.
Gets everything right. Hazy and creamy, with floral grassy undertones and plenty of bright tropical notes on top. Finishes smooth. Just excellent.
Taste better in Bottles but same classic brew. Well hopped haze
This was great as usual, but probably would have been much better if shipping delays, etc hadn’t made this over a month old by the time I got it.
As always. They nailed it. Tropical and delicious
Citra bomb! So good, smooth, drinkable. And sneaky 8% hits after. Killer.
Legend. So many incredible NE IPAs, but I understand why this is considered a classic.
Taste even better on a Friday
Too old by the time it arrived.
Lots of flavor, very juicy, wonderful IPA highly recommend
Next best thing if you don't have DDH.
Lots log fruit tastings
Better in the can
Very good flavors
Super soft mouthfeel and zero bitterness. This one is a winner for sure
loved the white pepper flavors near the end
This had been on my wishlist since my last trip to Louisiana (was in the Lafayette area, stopped by Parish Brewing but wasn't available at that time). Lucky me, and well worth the wait, thoroughly delicious and well crafted.
The best 12 oz beer in a brown bottle on Earth and it’s not even close. These are insane!!
An incredible IPA. I will buy this one every time it comes up. Also, got it less than a month from bottling.
4.01/5 look: 4.75 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 4 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4 Poured from a 16 ounce can into a snifter. Look- Frothy white head, very hazy, deep straw, average head retention, above average lacing. Smell- Tangerine, melon, herbal. Taste- Tangerine, grapefruit, melon, pithy finish. Feel- Medium body, average carbonation, moderate bitterness, slightly astringent finish, creamy. Overall- Good beer, but flavor and bouquet were somewhat muted.
Bright juicy, maybe a little lemon/lime along with orange juice notes
a decent beer, just wasn’t what I thought. I think the hype was better the. the beer
love the hops
Darn near perfect brew. Could possibly be better fresh
ponderous and dank hazy with some great bitterness to back it up
one of the first I fell in love with. remember this as the best one ever had and it’s still gewd. After Monkish…have to say maybe my tastes have changed.
Super hazy. Nice and tropical up front and piney on the back end. Tasty!
one of the best IPA’s in my book. this can be a daily drink with a cigar, love it.
Soft mouthfeel with citrus undertones. Top 10 IPA for me.
Really, truly excellent. Thick with hops, fantastic balance. Only problem is I didn’t get more
Hoppy smooth and a touch of sweetness which I like for balance
Anytime i get the chance to drink GITM... I TAKE IT!
Definitely a bucket list beer
one of the best hazies
Very impressed with this double IPA. Juicy with a hoppy tropical feel.
