About This Beer
For their take on the seriously historic libation, the Cali mixologists aged a Seltzer base in bourbon barrels, imbuing the brew with nuances of vanilla oak. Then they layered it with pineapple, lemon, sugar, and spices before giving it a kiss of lactose sugar to replicate the cocktail’s creamy body.
Tasting Notes
Every velvety quaff should taste like a luxurious pineapple crème brûlée, with sweet tropical tones swirling throughout notes of silky custard, whiskey caramel, and burnt sugar. Hints of cinnamon and nutmeg ought to blend gorgeously with a touch of woody spice on the end all while hiding a warming 12% ABV.
