About This Beer
The talented New York brewers began Gather House with a smooth, crushable, base of Pilsner malt and malted oats, plus raw and malted wheat. Then they infused it with coriander and bitter orange peel for the classic flavors you want in a Wit before hopping the brew with a thoughtful dose of Pacific Jade.
Tasting Notes
Subtle kisses of citrus and spice swirl throughout the sip, accentuating the biscuity backbone. Estery banana and clove notes harmonize with hints of tangy gooseberry to bolster the zesty orange on the way to a soft finish.
