About This Beer
To craft this treat, the legendary Bottle Logic crew took their seminal base and, in a tropical twist, aged it in rum barrels. Then they conditioned the brew on the usual Madagascar vanilla beans before upping the ante with ripe bananas!
Tasting Notes
We haven’t had the pleasure of tying any yet, but we’re anticipating a thick, velvety pour brimming with bananas foster aromas. On the quaff, we expect to find sumptuous chocolate chip banana bread flavors, with dark cocoa notes cascading over caramelized fruit and creme anglaise nuances. Hints of brown sugar and oak ought to bring a spirited sophistication, further obscuring the 14.7% ABV.
