About This Beer
Bottle Logic’s Fundamental Observation is one of those Stouts that fans of big barrel aged beer have been chasing for over a decade. Even Gear Patrol calls it “an Imperial Stout everyone should try at least once,” and the annual variants always score massive ratings. Fundamental Forces is one of those variants.
Tasting Notes
After an extended rest in exquisite bourbon barrels and a Tahitian vanilla bean treatment, we’re expecting this new vintage to teem with decadent complexity. Look forward to crème brûlée and dark chocolate swirls to meld beautifully with dynamic notes of wood char and whiskey.
