Casey Brewing & Blending and The Side Project — when it comes to Farmhouse Ales in American craft, you’d have a hard time finding two more celebrated names. The two breweries combined their house mixed cultures to ferment to create complex layers of flavor.
Tasting Notes
A long, slow fermentation in oak barrels gave the beer time to develop nuances of earthy funk that complement notes of lemon zest and peach skin. And, as the name suggests, this one is entirely Fruitless, putting the microfauna on full display!
