About This Beer
Founder and Cider Maker Lief Stevenson crafted it as a nod to his childhood holiday traditions, when he would visit family in the UK and eat figgy pudding!
To create those authentic flavors, the team co-fermented their fresh apple juice with real figs and a touch of plum juice, creating warm, mellow flavors that beautifully complement the crisp, semi-dry finish of the base Cider. Finally they added whole baking spices and a splash of actual apple brandy imported from France.
Tasting Notes
Warm baking spices and a dose of real French Brandy recreate the flavors of a classic English figgy pudding. It’s smooth, warm, and well balanced, with the crisp notes of the base Cider, shining through on the finish.

Decent enough, but could hardly taste any discernible secondary flavors. Definitely drinkable but very muted.
