Hidden Springs teamed up with the Stout specialists at Bottle Logic for this ice cream-inspired treat. Together the duo started with a chocolatey base and aged it a full 19 months in Weller wheated bourbon barrels. And they loaded it with all the minty nuances of your favorite ice cream flavor.
