About This Beer
To make Frenemy, Gabe Fletcher and his team aged a rich base for 18 months in Russell’s Reserve, Heaven Hill, and Russell’s Reserve Rye bourbon barrels. Then they finished it on Thai bananas, toasted coconut, and Ghanan cacao nibs.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting rich notes of bananas foster to collide with ribbons of Mounds bar flavor. Roasty malts should hold it all together, while layers of cask character deepen the desserty flavors.
