To recreate all the flavors of a french toast brunch, the crew at Hubbard’s Cave drenched this brew with a deluge of real maple syrup, then sprinkled it with cinnamon. And because this is a seriously fancy breakfast, they added a swirl of vanilla and a ribbon of silky lactose that melt through the roasty Stout body like a dollop of whipped cream.
