About This Beer
To make it, the legendary brewers combined their beloved Funky Blender Ale with an oak aged Saison from their barrel collection. Then they gave it a dry-hopping of peacharine.
Tasting Notes
Look for subtly funky flavors flowing through the crisp, tangy body. Hints of lemongrass and stonefruit play beautifully at the front of the sip, giving way to notes of turned earth and a touch of pithy grapefruit in the dry finish.
