About This Beer
They started by blending a pair of Imperial Brown Ales, each aged between 27 and 34 months in Heaven Hill and Woodford Reserve double oaked barrels. Then they conditioned the beer on wild Thai banana, Madagascar vanilla, almond, hazelnut, and maple.
Tasting Notes
This brew drips with all the flavors of bananas foster — look for hints of toffee and a subdued nuttiness alongside the fruity notes. Essences of top shelf spirits blend with maple syrup around the edges, on the way to a shockingly smooth finish at 13% ABV.
