About This Beer
Fermier (Vintage 2025) is a single batch bottling of SP’s Missouri Spelt Saison. They fermented the brew with their house blend of microfauna, then let it age in oak barrels until it achieved just the right balance of flavors. Finally, the bottle conditioned the brew for effervescent carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Look for subdued lemon zest tartness backed by notes of turned earth and freshly cut grass. Hints of apricot, apple, and oak add complexity on the way to a dry, crisp finish.
