About This Beer
The crew at Skookum blended a pair of decadent Barleywines to create this sip — one aged in Templeton Rye barrels for 15 months, the other in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels for two full years!
Tasting Notes
After extended barrel aging, this Barleywine is mind-meltingly delicious, with soaring flavors of rich caramel and dark cherry. Hints of raisin, chocolate, and a touch of vanilla flutter through the background, accentuating notes of oaky vanilla, spicy rye whiskey, and sweet bourbon.
