This killer brew is Evil Twin’s take on an Australian XPA (Extra Pale Ale) — a young style notable for its pronounced hop character, low ABV, and crisp crushability ideal for the country’s warm climate. To craft it, the NYC crew started with an easy drinking base. And they brewed and dry hopped the beer with Galaxy and Vic Secret for boatloads of hoppy nuance in every refreshing swig.
