Estate Saison (2025)

It’s brewed with water from Fonta Flora's wells, and 100% of the ingredients come from their farmhouse in Nebo, North Carolina. They started with a mash featuring a mindful blend of local two and six row barley malts along with a dash of local raw wheat. They fermented it with their “dandy” cultures, and conditioned it on seashore black rye, Hopi black dye sunflowers and seeds, safari tangerine marigold flowers, and lemon basil. Again, all grown on the estate! Even the fresh whole cone Cascade Hops were planted, trellised, cared for, and harvested by their team at Whippoorwill Farm.
