About This Beer
The brewers started with a Lambic-inspired mixed-culture base aged in French oak barrels. Then they added Carmine Jewel tart pie cherries from trees they planted with their friend Brian at Idiot’s Grace Orchard.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant stone fruit notes swirl through the tangy pour along with breezy floral nuances. Subtle hints of wild funk and whispers of oak add hints of marzipan and graham cracker. And it all finishes dry, keeping each taste incredibly approachable.

Tart and sweet definitely finishes dry, with amazing cherry flavors that will make your lips pucker. Insanely awesome definitely recommend
