Equal Parts: Mosaic + Motueka
Other Half Brewing Co.
A Note on This Beer
Two hop types, both alike in dignity, in fair New York City, where we lay our scene.
The star-crossed hops, meant for each other in love and beer, swirl together in today’s latest juicy and multi-faceted hopbomb from the award winners at Other Half!
The Hop Family Motueka: Motueka is a passionately bold and delicious hop, ready to express its flavors right on the front of every poetic taste. Humble, yet filled with invigorating brightness, Motueka is driven by aromas of crushed fresh citrus, with flavors of lively lemon and mojito lime and undercurrents of ripened mangoes.
The Hop Family Mosaic: A standard bearer of hop royalty, Mosaic comes adorned in hefty fruit notes. Flavors of blueberry and papaya blend with an earthiness that hopheads go crazy for. Add in a floral aroma and subtle stone-fruit finish, and it's no wonder this high-status Hop sits atop a tower of craft beer renown.
Hark! The blend of these two goes down oh-so-smooth, like a grand tale scribed by the brewmasters at Other Half.
… Okay, so these hops are less star-crossed lovers and more delicious partners in Equal Parts. We just get excited and wax poetic on good beer! Take a sip, and you too could be singing in Iambic pentameter of Other Half’s latest beauty.

Good hop flavor, soft and fuzzy
Soft, light and fluffy
light mild flavor. easy sipper
good, but wouldn’t order in a bar.
sweet and light..maybe a bit tooooo light. sugary mango leads to grapefruit/bubblegum bitterness
Fyi: Tavour has typo - this is 6.3% APV. Refreshing bright citrus. To crush…
Light & creamy with a subtle bitterness.
sweet hoppy yum
Fantastic combo of hops...malty and creamy, some tropical notes like lime and pineapple, but then bready and oaty, with a sweet finish that finishes clean and lightly resinous.
beautiful pallet feel, very tasty
Well hopefully this is just a one-off experience. Usually the OH crew does a decent job with hops but this was uncharacteristically sweet, flavors were somewhat watery and mouthfeel was thin and flabby.
