To make it, they took their beloved base, fermented it with Belgian abbey yeast, and let it mature in the spirited cracks of Colorado bourbon barrels. 

Notes of fig and raisin poke through rich baker’s chocolate notes. Meanwhile, ribbons of caramel and toffee carry from start to finish, accentuating the roasty malts. And the only trace of that boozy ABV is a lingering layer of charred oak and warming whiskey.
