About This Beer
Casey crafted East Bank with a dose of caramel malt added to local barley and wheat. And they fermented it with local honey and their proprietary yeast cultures, aged it in oak wine barrels, and bottle conditioned the beer for a spritely effervescence.
Tasting Notes
Each delicately complex sip opens up with a bright, lemony tang. Notes of ripe stone fruit fold into layers of hay and barnyard funk, with ripples of orange blossom and honey sweetness deepening the flavors.
